living space & luxury

The Fieldsleeper 2 is our flagship. It is just as large as the Fieldsleeper 1, but the emphasis has been shifted from storage space to living space. Even so, there is still space for bicycles. Underneath the bed, there is an area measuring 120 cm x 200 cm (app. 47"x78") which is accessible from the outside. Here there is sufficient room for 2 bicycles and/or many other things. An option is to have this space fitted with a large drawer, which would make the loading of bicycles, for example, even easier. Many things in the Fieldsleeper 2 are just that bit larger: the permanent bed is 160-cm (app. 63") wide (in other models, 140 cm(app. 55")). With a width of 150 cm (app. 59"), the kitchen is enormous. There is plenty of space for working and, without losing much space; there is even room for an oven. Furthermore, the positioning of the kitchen is optimal - next to the side door against the right-hand wall of the camper. In practice, people often park the camper with the right-hand side enjoying an unrestricted view. In the Fieldsleeper 2, the seat on the left is a touch larger than in the other models. As in the other models, the seat on the right has a drawer which is accessible from the side of the side door. When the seating area is converted into a single bed, this Fieldsleeper also offers sleeping accommodation for 3 people.

All of our models can be fitted with a towing hook, with a towing capacity of 2,000kg to 2,800 kg. (4,000 to 6,000 lbs)
All of our models can be fitted with a two-person seat at the front of the cabin, which means that three people can travel in the cabin.

Construction

  • Sandwich panel walls: inside panel of WBP glued mahogany plywood, outside of polyester, with 22-mm XPS foam insulation in between: total wall thickness 30 mm. The mahogany outside walls are a beautiful option.
  • Headroom 195 cm (app. 76")

  • Insulated roof with polyester gel coat on the outside and solid wood tongue-and-groove planking on the inside
  • Edge of the roof has a rain gutter and a system for attaching a canopy or awning, if required
